The classes are have completely different skill trees the amount of content in this mod is at least 10X what was in the original D2. So if you wanna play singleplayer launch the game through Plugy.exe, if you want to play multiplayer launch with Diablo.exe the normal way. They have active ladders that reset and the community is alive and well most are in private games though. Also if you want to play multiplayer the only way i found is by following these and you cant use Plugy while in the Sinwar realm (Custom multiplayer realm for median xl). Also you can run this with the d2se mod manager but i find it easier just to replace the Patch_d2.mpq file myself. If you kill about 10 champions or elites and receive no equips, then that's a problem in which I'll resolve in a few days or so. They're less than vanilla but the quality is much greater. So the drops have been greatly reduced, but they're not gone. I must also mention that I've had a lot of complains that there were too many drops and too many good items. As for the drops, could you take a screen shot of the no equips dropping and send me it via email? I'll get back to you asap. There's an option to run that in the Properties box for the shortcut.
